Jan 29 and Feb 12, 2011 -  10 AM - 1 PM @ Robert Logan Field in the Crews Lake Cowboys Equipment Room.

Registration Fees:

Football:  $150.00 **

Cheerleading:  $160.00 **

** If registered before June 1st and paid in full.  After June 1st fees will be:  Football = $160 and Cheer = $180.00

Documentation Needed For File:

• Current Photo of Child
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Physical dated after January 1, 2010
• Valid Parent Photo I.D.
• 2 Forms of Address Verification (ex: Electric Bill & Cable Bill)
• Map Quest from your home to Robert Logan Field

In an effort to help with the registration process we have provided links to registration forms below for you to download and complete.  Please bring the completed forms along with the documentation listed above to speed up the process.  If you are not able to download and print the forms we will have them available during registration.

Robert Logan Field in the Barn (Equipment Room).

   We place athletes on teams on a first paid, first placed basis. All football players will be weighed-in prior to placement on a team to confirm Division. Please come by and in person to have your child weighed in. Notice that the age cutoff has changed and there will be no weight limits at any level.

CLC reserves the right to change the fees, dates and times  based on expenses or circumstances.

$5 referral program - for each new paid in full athlete $5 will be awarded to the athlete that brings them in.
